12 March 2023 at 16:16 An ore train derailed the Ofotbanen – Narvik station closed Around 3pm on Sunday, an ore train derailed the Ofotbanen just before the entrance to Narvik station. According to a tipster on the spot, there must be around 20 ore wagons. Each wagon was fully loaded with a weight of approximately 100 tonnes. Narvik station is now closed. No injuries have been reported.
