This is reported by several American media. Reuters reports that the Supreme Court believes that Trump is entitled to immunity as a public official, but not as a private individual. Trump is indicted on four counts for attempting to change the election results and to prevent approval of the election results in 2020. The Supreme Court therefore believes that actions in connection with this that Trump carried out as president cannot be prosecuted, while actions he carried out as a private person can.
