On Sunday evening, the company stated that they had located the problem. “One of our central routers is having technical problems. This leads to customers in Southern and Eastern Norway lacking or having an unstable network. This also affects my pages and our apps.” Customers in other parts of the country may also experience that certain websites or services work worse than normal. We are working hard to get the traffic to go the other way while we correct this error, but unfortunately we do not have a correction time for how long this will take.”
