The man in his 20s is said to have been held against his will for nearly a month in an apartment in the center of Moss. On Friday, two of the three men charged with the abduction were released from custody. Police attorney Christian Finnanger tells news. The case was brought up at the end of May this year. Then the police were notified by witnesses that the man in his 20s was taken into a car against his will. It must have happened on one of the Hvalerøyen outside Fredrikstad. – It has been going on for a long time, and it is clear that such things leave their mark, aid lawyer Kenneth Hansen told news in June. The police have designated an apartment in the center of Moss as the central scene of the abduction. They are also charged with violence and threats against the man in his 20s. The reason why they are no longer behind bars is that the police believe there is little danger of them destroying evidence. – I assume that this means that the investigation has a progression, writes aid lawyer Hansen in an SMS to news. The third accused was released from custody at the beginning of June. All three have previous convictions. A pair of shoes lay on the outside of the apartment, which is identified as the main crime scene in the case.
