It was reported that Wall had been fraudulently flying since 2009, having forged the ATPL-A, the highest level pilot’s license available. The Peel Regional Police’s Deputy Chief, Nick Milinovich, aptly likened the situation to a family doctor performing brain surgery without requisite qualifications—a staggering betrayal of public trust.

In 2025, Wall departed from his position at Air Canada, just as “Project Icarus”—an internal police investigation—was about to commence. This project specifically targeted fraudulent aviation practices. Following extensive scrutiny, charges materialized against Wall, culminating in his arrest on June 1, 2025.

Wall now faces serious repercussions, including seven criminal charges related to fraud and document forgery. His estimated earnings of over two million dollars during his illicit flight credentials will only add to the weight of his impending sentence.
