That’s what E24 writes. It is the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) that will be delivered to the USA, the company stated in a press release on Monday evening. The Kongsberg group has collectively delivered more than 18,000 weapons stations distributed across all defense branches to the US armed forces. The system is intended to provide protection as well as a better decision-making basis for soldiers or operators. – This is an important milestone and the Kongsberg group is proud to be chosen as supplier to the American CROWS program for the next five years. We are continuing and expanding our collaboration with the US Army which stretches back to 2007, says Eirik Lie, CEO of Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace.
