29 April 2023 at 14:47 Agreement in the salary negotiations between Unio and the state On Friday, an agreement was reached in the negotiations between LO Stat, YS Stat and the Academics. Negotiations with Unio continued until today. On Saturday afternoon, there was also an agreement between Unio (the main organization for university and college education) and the state. The result implies a framework of 5.2 per cent wage growth. This is in line with the front subjects. The pot must be distributed through local negotiations at each individual business. – I am happy that we have now also reached a negotiated solution with Unio, and that there is thus agreement on the entire salary settlement in the state within the front-line subject framework of 5.2 per cent, says Minister for Municipalities and Districts Sigbjørn Gjelsvik (Sp). It is the first time since 2017 that an agreement has been reached in the salary settlement in the state without the settlement having gone to mediation. – We are satisfied that the pot in this year’s settlement is large, and above the expected price increase. This means that our shop stewards are guaranteed room for action to make good local priorities, says negotiation leader Guro Lind in Unio stat.
