The police now believe that the colleague who was also in the city was negligent before the tragic accident. – The investigation has so far given reason to suspect that the man who was with the deceased in the city, was negligent, and that this was the cause of the tragic accident, says police inspector Anders Skorpen-Trøen. It was a 48-year-old from Trøndelag, Jo Are Støen from Steinkjer, who died during construction work last Friday.
