A child welfare opponent paid NOK 19,000 for a private plane that transported the defendant and her daughter to Poland. Last year, he was sentenced to half a year in prison for complicity in gross neglect of care. The daughter was twelve years old when she and her mother left Norway. The indictment states that they stayed in Poland for a year and a half. The woman has previously been convicted of having evaded her daughter from the care of the child protection agency. The trial is scheduled to go to Søndre Østfold district court at the end of October.
