A woman in her 40s is accused of abducting her own daughter from a child protection institution in Moss in 2021. A child protection opponent paid NOK 19,000 for a private plane that transported the defendant and her daughter to Poland. Last year, he was sentenced to half a year in prison for complicity in gross neglect of care. The daughter was twelve years old when she and her mother left Norway. The woman has previously been convicted of having evaded her daughter from the care of the child protection agency.
