The Israeli rescue service Magen David Adom says they are treating dozens of people after a truck allegedly drove into a bus stop in Herzliya. Israeli media reports that between 20 and 40 people are said to be injured after the incident. The police say they are so far aware of 24 injured. According to Magen David Adom, they have brought 35 victims to the hospital. Six of them are said to be seriously injured. The police also report that the driver of the lorry must have been shot and “neutralised” by armed civilians in the area. There is currently no mention of whether the perpetrator is dead. The incident is still under investigation. The Glilot neighborhood near Herzliya houses the Mossad headquarters, along with several Israel Defense Forces intelligence units.
