Slammed car door over girlfriend’s knee In the spring of 2014, the 47-year-old had to appear in Nedre Telemark district court, accused of violence against her then-girlfriend. According to the indictment, the violence must have gone on for over a year. The woman also told the police that her boyfriend had filmed parts of the violence with a webcam. There were punches, kicks and spitting, and once they had to change the sheets in the bed because it was full of blood, the woman explained. The sentence also includes 14 violations of the Road Traffic Act and six violations of the Medicines Act. The man was also sentenced to pay his ex-girlfriend NOK 50,000 in compensation and restitution. The court concluded that the violence was unprovoked and bore the mark of ill-treatment. – The violence happened over time and caused great pain to the victim.
