A father was convicted in the Borgarting Court of Appeal in 2016 for violence against his own children. The child had a meningeal haemorrhage, and the Court of Appeal believed the father was the reason why the child had this injury. Now the reopening commission has decided that the case will be reopened. Several elements that create doubt The Commission writes in a press release that there are several elements in the case that create doubt. Among other things, that there are no other injuries than meningeal bleeding.
