A German man in his 60s drowned in Abelnes in Flekkefjord on the night of Sunday. The next of kin in the home country have been notified. The police have routinely launched an investigation. The police first reported the incident at 00:30 on Sunday night. A search was made both on land and in the water by boat for the person. Divers eventually found the man and performed life-saving first aid at the scene.
