The emergency services are on highway 22 in Fredrikstad in connection with a traffic accident. A teenage girl is said to have been hit by a car when she was crossing the road. The person appears to be seriously injured, according to the police. The girl is flown by air ambulance to Ullevåll hospital. Traffic is in both directions.
