Rental prices have risen by 7.4 per cent in the past year, reports Eiendom Norge. During the third quarter, rental prices in the big cities rose by 1.8 per cent. Since the second quarter of 2022, rental prices have risen by 20.4 per cent, according to Eiendom Norge’s rental property price statistics. – That is more than the rental prices rose in the previous nine years. By comparison, second-hand house prices in Norway have only increased by 2.6 per cent in the same period, says managing director Henning Lauridsen.
