At 7pm on Monday evening, armed police went to Vangen in Haugesund following a report that a person had been observed with a weapon-like object. No people were found at the scene, says operations manager Roger Litlatun in the Sør-West police district in a press release. – Some time later, the police came into contact with a man who was admitted to Haugesund Hospital with a gunshot wound.
