In one of the pictures, it may look as if the hair is partially dyed blue. The man is often dressed in clothing with the American flag on it, the photos show. A former neighbor of the last 20 years told Reuters that she had not seen the suspect for some time. She says that he kept large amounts of stolen property at the address several years ago, and that the police came and confiscated it. – I think there is a lot of illegal stuff going on over there. He wanted to use my electricity and paid with cash. – But he was fair to me. We had a few arguments and such, but he got on with his day and I got on with mine. A witness is said to have seen the man come running out of the bushes, and took a picture of him as he got into the car. This allowed the police to know which car they were looking for.
