Bodily violation is exercising violence against another person or otherwise insulting the person physically. A normal sentence for bodily harm is between 30 and 120 days in prison. If the act is considered serious, the punishment can be increased to six years in prison. Physical abuse can be anything from intentionally spitting on someone to pinching, grabbing, hitting or kicking someone else. A bodily violation need not involve physical contact.
