On Sunday, a cyclist was found dead at Sværsvann between Oslo and Nordre Follo. The cyclist was a man in his 50s. Relatives have been notified, the police inform news. It was VG who reported on the matter first. – A witness reported to the police that he had observed a bicycle on the side of the road and was afraid that there had been an accident, as it is steep down to the water right next to the road, says on-call police attorney Linda Tingesdal to news. The police moved out and found the man in the water just before 5 p.m. – He was pronounced dead at the scene. The whole thing appears to be a tragic accident.
