The police used electric shock weapons to get control of what they believe to be the perpetrator. Operations leader Kristoffer Bang tells news that there is little to indicate that this is a random act. – We do not know what the relationship was between the victim and the perpetrator, but the questioning of the witness indicates that they knew each other, and that what has happened is not accidental. The police have also found a knife which they believe was used as a weapon.
