At around 16.25 the police received a report that a man was injured in Hå på Jæren. The man was taken by ambulance and is being treated for stab wounds. The police in Sør-Vest report this on Twitter. Have more patrols out The police have armed themselves and are looking for possible perpetrators, including at the train station and in residential areas on Nærbø. Operations leader in the Sør-West police district, Ole Bjørn Paulsen, says that the extent of the man’s injuries is uncertain. The police have so far not been informed that the injuries are life-threatening. The victim was found in the center of Nærbø, but the crime scene has not yet been determined. The police are investigating the case, and say it is too early to go into details about the course of events.
