Local lightning and thunder activity may occur in connection with the showers. Telemark, Buskerud, Innlandet and above the Oslofjord are the areas where it will rain the most. – But there is probably a local danger of lightning and thunder for the whole of Eastern Norway beyond tomorrow. The risk of thunder is greatest from the afternoon, she says. She points out that this is not unusual in the summer. – Most people manage a rainy day.
