He is said to have only been wearing a dressing gown. When the patrol arrived, the driver was gone. A search of the area resulted in the discovery of another man in a dressing gown, but this was not the right person. During the crime scene investigation, the driver, who is also the owner of the car, came back walking, still only wearing a dressing gown. The breath test showed over 2.5 in the blood alcohol level, and the driver in his 50s was produced for a doctor and a blood test. The police are opening a case.
