Line B11, the boat between Lysaker and Nesoddtangen, is still canceled due to ice on the fjord. Ruter still encourages people to keep up to date on either their websites or in the app. Ruter has 16,000 daily bus departures, and in recent days there have been several hundred cancellations daily due to a lack of buses and a lot of snow.
