31 December 2023 at 15:07 The Supreme Court will not release the 28-year-old who is charged with the murder of Jonas Henriksen The 28-year-old who is charged with the murder of Jonas Aarseth Henriksen (30) will not be released, the Supreme Court has decided. The Borgarting Court of Appeal decided on Thursday that the man should be released. On Sunday, the Supreme Court overturned the decision. The four others charged with murder or complicity in murder have already been released. The 28-year-old was the first to be arrested for the murder. The police believe it was he who tricked Henriksen up to the cabin where the murder took place. The man, like the other accused, denies criminal guilt. In total, five men are charged with murder or complicity in the murder of Henriksen – the 28-year-old, a 30-year-old, two 32-year-olds and a 35-year-old. A man in his 30s has also been charged with criminal damage in connection with the murder investigation. (NTB)
