Four people have been charged with murder or complicity in murder after a man in his 30s was found dead in a car in a car park in Lørenskog on Friday morning. All four deny criminal guilt after the charge. The deceased is a man in his 30s. It is unknown whether he and the accused have a relationship from the past. The deceased has been convicted a number of times, and was previously linked to a motorcycle club. Acquitted of complicity in murder In 2019, the deceased man was acquitted of complicity in the murder of a member of an MC club in Asker in 2017. A total of seven people were charged in the case, two of them for the actual murder and five others for threats, concealment of evidence or complicity in bodily harm. He has also been convicted of drug offenses and theft, but this was a few years ago. Found dead in car It was the night of Friday that the police responded to a suspicious death in Lørenskog. They were first arrested for violating the Arms Act. The charge was then changed to having failed to help a person who was in danger of losing his life, before it was aggravated again. – He explained himself in a detailed questioning yesterday, I was present then, but I will not comment on the details of the questioning, says lawyer Ole Kristian Ringnes to news. He defends one of the accused. The other three’s defenders, Hilde Mo, Anette Myrhaug and Eirik Gjerstadberget, all tell news that their clients deny criminal guilt. Related to the case On Saturday, the four accused were produced for remand in Romerike and Glåmdal District Court. According to the police, they have been linked to both the crime scene and the deceased. Police prosecutor Marit Aurdal in the East police district has not wanted to comment on the case until the four detention meetings have finished. The prison meetings are still ongoing.
