With the decline in November, house prices have fallen in five of the last six months. This comes, among other things, after Norges Bank has increased the policy rate sharply recently. The strongest development so far in 2023 is Stavanger with its surroundings and Kristiansand, with an increase of 8 and 7.9 per cent. Bodø and Fauske have the weakest development so far this year with minus 2.3 per cent.
