The persons are conscious and have been taken to hospital by ambulance. The police have arrested a German man in his 50s and confiscated his driving license after the accident. – There is slush on the spot and very bad driving conditions, says operations manager Per Eftang to news. There is an 80-zone at the scene, but there is little to indicate that the accident happened at this speed, according to the police.
