A suspect has been arrested. According to the police, the victim has injuries to his upper body that appear to be gunshot wounds, but are not life-threatening injuries. Half an hour after the first report about the case, the police report that they have control of a person who has been given suspect status. – For investigative reasons, no further information will be given in the case for the time being, says operations manager Per-Ivar Iversen in the Oslo police district. The background to the incident is unknown, but according to the police it does not appear as if there is any danger to other people in the area. The police are still present with large resources in the area. The police cannot answer exactly where the incident took place.
