The increased penalty comes into force from 1 April 2024. The Swedish government will also remove the obligation of confidentiality, which currently makes it difficult for authorities and other actors to cooperate in this area, according to Aftonbladet. Strömmer tells a press conference that the explosions that have taken place recently are increasingly affecting people who have no connection to the criminal networks.
