21 September 2023 at 14:26 Remand for two weeks The man in his 30s who was arrested in connection with the investigation into the murder of Jonas Aarseth Henriksen in Nes in Ådal, has been remanded in custody for two weeks as the police requested. The imprisonment order itself is exempt from public disclosure. The man is imprisoned with a letter and visiting ban, and he must sit in complete isolation. Why one man was charged for four weeks, while the other was charged for two weeks, has nothing to do with a possible distribution of roles linked to the murder, says police inspector Odd Egil Kostveit to news. – The man who was arrested yesterday agreed to two weeks, so that saves us a lot of work. For now, I can’t say anything about any role distribution between them, or whether we think there is. It is part of the job now to find out what roles they have had, says the police inspector. It is today five weeks since Jonas Henriksen was killed, and the police do not rule out more arrests and more people involved in the case.
