The accused admits to having stabbed the victim in the stomach region, according to the ruling. He denies criminal guilt for attempted murder. – He has had no intention of killing the victim, but he acknowledges criminal guilt for bodily harm, says his defender Petar Sekulic. The man in his 20s was not present when the verdict was handed down, but consented to remand.
