5 July 2023 at 16:25 Finne extended with Brann Brann’s top scorer Bård Finne (28) has extended his contract until the end of 2026. Brann reports this on its website. Finne’s previous contract lasted until the summer of 2025, but now the contract has been extended by one and a half years. – I have gained a lot of trust and feel very comfortable here. We have spoken well, and then I saw no reason not to sign a new contract. My and the team’s development over the past year has looked good, and I want to be part of that going forward, says Finne. – He has had a fantastic development since he returned to us in 2021, and we are looking forward to seeing him develop further, says Brann’s sporting director, Jimmi Nagel Jacobsen. Finne completed his degrees through the Fire Academy, and made his debut in 2012 and was at the club until 2014 when he was sold to Köln. In 2023, the Bergen native has scored 22 goals in 21 games. He made his debut for the national team in the match against Cyprus in June.
