The complaint from Antonsen concerned an episode in the news program Arena and a feature on Nyhetsmorgen. Both programs were rejected on the point of information control and breadth of sources. The complaint was submitted by the law firm Føyen on behalf of Antonsen. The background is Sumaya Jirde Ali’s review of Antonsen after the much talked about incident at Bar Boca in Oslo. Antonsen was reported for hate speech, but the case was dismissed on the basis of the evidence. Antonsen lodged a complaint against the two programs on a total of seven points. The committee is still debating whether Antonsen should have been allowed to attend at the same time.
