30 April 2023 at 17:50 Agreement on the settlement in Oslo municipality – Framework of 5.4 per cent There is agreement on the wage settlement between YS, LO and Oslo municipality. This is stated by YS and LO. The settlement received a frame of 5.4, which is higher than the front subjects, but in line with the intermediate settlement for the municipal sector. The result gives all employees at least NOK 32,600 in additional krone according to LO. – I am satisfied that we have reached an agreement, but there has been a difficult climate between some of the associations, says leader of the Oslo Trade Union Confederation, Roger Dehlin. YS writes that the settlement has a financial framework of 5.4 per cent and is thus above the front subject, which after the strike ended at 5.2 per cent. – We have received a good settlement that is above the front subject. With this settlement, our members get more to deal with, says head of YS Kommune Oslo, Mona Bjørnstad. The supplement will take effect from 1 May according to YS.
