23 March 2023 at 12:32 Discovery of a dead person in Byfjorden in Bergen A person has been found dead in Byfjorden in Bergen, the police report. The police were alerted by crews on the fast boat “Fjordbris” at 11.55am. The person was brought ashore and confirmed dead. The police do not have the identity of the person, and will not reveal their age or gender. – For now, we have no suspicions about either one or the other. We are focusing on finding out what has happened, says operations manager Tore-André Brakstad in the West police district.
