21 March 2023 at 09:24 Admits to having shot One of the defendants charged with the murder of Bård Lanes in Tønsberg admitted to having been the shooter when the trial against them started in Vestfold district court. Bård Lane’s girlfriend, who is following the trial, burst into tears shortly after the confession came. She sits just a few meters from the defendants in the courtroom. Four men have been charged in connection with Bård Lanes being shot and killed at Kilen in Tønsberg on 20 April 2021. Three of them deny guilt. The police used secret agents during the investigation of the youngest of the defendants, but the district court has decided that this material cannot be used as evidence during the trial.
