The owner of the apartment has stated that it is empty and is undergoing rehabilitation. The building that is burning has caught fire. There is a lot of smoke at the site and the emergency services are considering evacuating neighboring buildings because of the smoke. For a while there was a danger that the flames would spread to a nearby building containing a car repair shop. That danger has now been averted, says Odde to news.
