The man was found by Hemsedal ski center’s ski patrol, according to the police. The cause of the accident is currently unknown. The man was found in Reidarskaret and must have fallen several meters before he hit a tree. Reidarskaret is located in the mountain Totten, which is a well-known place for freeriding. The accident happened near the ski centre, but outside the ski centre’s slopes. Relatives have been notified.
