The jury took less than three hours to reach the decision after six weeks long trial that has received a lot of attention both in the US and internationally. Murdaugh’s 52-year-old wife Maggie and the couple’s 22-year-old son Paul were found shot dead at the family’s cottage in June 2021. (NTB)
