The Turkish TV channel TRT Haber writes that 15 people have been arrested by security forces in a raid against people who are supposed to be associated with the organization ISIS-K, a subgroup of the terrorist organization IS. They are said to have planned an action against the Swedish consulate in Istanbul. It is not known what type of action the arrested are supposed to have planned. The group is also said to have prepared attacks against places where Christians and Jews gather, according to Turkish authorities. The Turkish authorities stress that they have not discovered that the group had identified specific targets. The Turkish newspaper Hurriyet claims it is about two consulates, the Swedish and the Dutch. The newspaper writes that the action must have been planned as a consequence of Rasmus Paludan burning a Koran in front of the Turkish embassy in Stockholm.
