They then disappeared from the place on foot, says police chief Ørjan Djuvik. Deadlocked negotiation situation In connection with the search for these two, the police came across a person who matched the descriptions. – Gradually this develops into a deadlocked negotiation situation, and a dialogue on the road. We then had to block traffic, both to create peace for us and to ensure the safety of the public, says Djuvik.
