16 January 2023 at 15:31 Man to hospital after accidental shooting in Tysvær Sør-Vest police district writes on Twitter that a man in his 50s has been flown to Stavanger University Hospital by air ambulance after an accidental shot went off on a farm in Tysvær. It was the man himself who called the emergency services. There is no suspicion that anyone other than the injured person is involved in the accident which occurred in connection with farm work. The extent of the damage and the course of events are unknown. The police were notified of the incident at 1:29 p.m.
