Oleksiy Arestovych, who is an adviser to the Ukrainian president’s office, claims in a post on Facebook that 100 Russian missiles are on their way to Ukraine. He further writes that the flight alert has gone out over the whole country. Explosions could be heard in the capital Kyiv on Thursday morning, writes Reuters. The extent of the damage is unknown.
