June 17, 2022 at 22:35 Fall accident at Svolværgeita The main rescue center has launched a rescue operation following a report of a fall accident at Svolværgeita in Lofoten. The extent of the damage is currently unknown, but Svolvær alpine rescue group has been sent out together with the Sea King helicopter. They just took off from Bodø. The helicopter is expected to arrive within the next 30 minutes. There was one in the tour group who announced. But there is a lack of information about how large the entourage is or how serious the accident is.
