The police moved out with large resources after a woman was found bleeding and lifeless outside a municipal housing complex on Lønborg in Bergen on Wednesday afternoon. When they investigated the incident, the police also found a badly injured man lying inside a nearby apartment. Both were rushed to Haukeland University Hospital, but died shortly after they were found. The police are investigating the case as a murder, but so far have no suspects. – Both have injuries that indicate criminal offences, said prosecutor Inger-Lise Høyland in the West police district during a press conference on Wednesday evening. She would not comment on whether the police have found a murder weapon, whether the two had a relationship or what other witness information has been received so far. The police are working with several hypotheses and do not rule out that there may be an unknown perpetrator connected to the incident.
