However, he acknowledges the actual conditions and says he has flown a drone in various places in Kirkenes on 13 October. The man’s defender says that the reason he does not admit guilt is that he was not aware of the rules that prohibit Russians from flying drones in Norway. The man was arrested in Tromsø on 15 October.
