– Winter always comes as a bit of a shock. And when there are a few extra amounts it doesn’t help, says state meteorologist Pernille Borander to news. Around 40 centimeters of snow has fallen in most places in Agder in the last 24 hours. In Grimstad, 35 centimeters have been measured. Front Collision Bilredning Sør tells news that they have worked all night helping cars and will have a lot to do today as well. There are currently no major problems in traffic, but several people report that things are going a little slower than normal on the roads. But two cars have collided head-on on county road 405 in Vatnestrøm. – One person in each car, both are out. The extent of the damage is unknown, the police said. In Arendal, a wheel loader has become stuck in connection with plowing. But work is being done to get it released. He is happy about the snow that has arrived. – Absolutely gorgeus. Snow is fun. Very fun. Much better than rain. Now we’re going to enjoy the snow today, he says. – What did you think when you stood up to these amounts of snow? – Oh! Here it’s just a matter of getting started, he smiles.
