The time has come! We have just kicked off the voting for the Xataka NordVPN Awards 2025. What does that mean? It means that during the next few days, we need your help and opinion to select the best products in various categories competing this year. We start, as the headline already suggests, with the categories of “Best Tablet” and “Best Smartwatch.”
Like every year, your votes will determine the finalists in each category. Which devices will compete in the grand final depends solely and exclusively on you, our dedicated xatakeros. In addition, the votes you cast will contribute to those of the jury, with a weight of one-third in determining the winners. These winners will be revealed at the grand gala on November 20, which we eagerly await your attendance at!
Voting will be open until October 27 at 11:59 p.m. and, without further ado, here are the candidates.

How Voting Works
The mechanics of the Xataka NordVPN Awards 2025 are similar to previous editions. It is divided into three phases:
- Public Vote: Over the coming days, we will publish articles detailing our categories and the candidates selected by the Xataka team, allowing you, our xatakeros, to vote for your favorites.
- Jury Vote: Based on the finalists chosen by public vote, the Xataka jury and other technology experts will evaluate and vote on the devices they believe are the best.
- Choice of Winners: The jury’s votes will be combined with those from the public to determine the winners, who will be announced on November 20.
The selected candidates are devices that either went on sale in 2025 or are confirmed to be released before the year’s end. We also include devices that were overlooked last year if they were announced post-Awards. This approach ensures that the awards serve as a relevant tool for making purchasing decisions during this final quarter of the year.
